Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the wellness industry and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the spa, including staff, services, and facilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive spa revenue and meet sales targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa employees
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote spa services
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment; laundry

Experience:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the spa or wellness industry
- Proficiency in market analysis, POS systems, and sales management
- Strong recruiting skills to build a high-performing team
- Knowledge of employee orientation procedures and training techniques
- Experience in a similar role such as Assistant Manager in a retail setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
